So clearly I'm getting into food too much and not drinking enough water. I've lost my gum so I can't do the whole, when I'm munchy I'll chew some gum. I need to get started going back -DOWN- Just bought some size 22 pants that just fit, they are comfortable even though they are snug but they are tight enough that they remind me that I need to loose weight. Much better than the pants I had been wearing yesterday. They were size 26's and they barely can hold onto my body. Unfortunately this week is going to be bad. we've got the 3rd tomorrow so food at dad's house, The 4th on friday and I'm cooking for the group then. IDK what I need to do, I just wanna get those numbers down. I Need to get those numbers down.
