So I'm sick. As a dog. Upper respiratory and an ear infection. And last weekend was Andy's marriage so everything is crazy right now. last weekend I ate like a hog. This week I've felt like crap
167.4 on the home scale.
So not too bad, I'm keeping trucking. Lots of water is probably my saving grace for this week. I have been absolutely CHUGGING water the last few days. And being that I'm sick I have very little to add to that. Enjoy
