So clearly I'm not even bothering to write down what I'm eating daily anymore. It's just such a hastle to try and remember everything I've eaten if I'm out of the house for the day, which happens atleast two days out of the week every week and most weeks it'll happen more. So I'm just gonna post my weight weekly and kinda say how I've been doing. If I decide to start writing down what I eat, AWESOME. It helped me keep a handle on how much I eat. But at this exact moment I really couldn't care. But I do care about what I weigh even if I don't care about writing what I ate. I'm trying to keep my intake down so i feel like I'm doing better.
271.6 first thing, naked. It turns out I am doing well. But this might have a little to do with me feeling sick for a few days. but usually I eat like a damn hoover after having been sick because I'm just -so- hungry after having not eaten for a day or so. So I still count it as a win.
