So I'm slowly going back up, I keep trying to eat less but I've been stressed so even if I am eating less I'm retaining it more... But yea. Gonna weigh myself in the morning tomorrow... Or maybe I'll just say screw it and weigh myself later today... but I've already eaten and I don't like weighing myself when I can dilude myself that the gain is food I just ate
